How We Charge for Our Services

Our services are provided on an hourly rate basis with an estimate of hours to complete the work requested. Some services, such as Monthly Telecommunications Bill Management, are based upon a fixed fee. Telecommunications Bill Audit fees are based upon a percentage of a refund.

Our Place in History

DIgby 4 is a 24-year old business located in New York City. Our clients range from recognized global organizations to companies with fewer than fifty people.

DIgby 4 was founded in 1979. At that time, it had just become legal in the United States for an organization to purchase its own in-house telecommunications system rather than having to rent the system from the telephone company. DIgby 4 guided clients through the uncharted waters of purchasing and implementing new systems. We continue to improve and refine this process today as one of our services.

In the 1980’s, DIgby 4 helped clients to navigate the additional complexities of purchasing and managing telecommunications equipment and services that resulted from the government mandated break up of AT&T and the Bell System. Competition in the long distance telecommunications business also began at that time, as did DIgby 4’s service for assisting clients in identifying requirements, purchasing services and negotiating contracts for both voice and data communications. This too, is a service we have continued to develop as the marketplace changes. Moving into the 1990’s through the Telecommunications Act of 1996 that increased competition in local telephone service, DIgby 4 has continued to help organizations in making decisions, purchasing services, solving problems and managing the technology.

The landscape of telecommunications technology has proven to be a slippery slope and DIgby 4 has helped its clients to keep a firm footing. We bring the perspective that can only be developed through many years of hands-on experience and direct observation of cause and effect.
